Joining a collaborative Marketing team based in Sydney CBD, you will become an integral team member driving sales and business growth. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:

• Use your enthusiasm to take Maia Financial’s unique funding solution to market by prospecting, identifying and qualifying new business;
• You will research existing and new businesses via the use of LinkedIn, internet, social media, trade magazines etc understanding their structure and asset requirements;
• Make a high volume of outbound calls and proactively follow up to better chances of engagement and commission!
• Coordinate meetings between the sales team and prospective clients to hit your targets and make great commission;
• Provide data and information to assist the sales team;
• Record all correspondence using our CRM system, salesforce.com;
• Be committed to nurturing relationships to drive business growth, revenue whilst making great money!

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• An enthusiastic individual with a positive ‘can do’ attitude who is not afraid to get stuck into task;
• Graduated with a diploma or tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, accounting or business (highly desirable);
• Around 3 years experience in telephone based customer service or sales ideally gained in the financial services sector eg. outbound sales/telemarketing/call centre and/or inside sales experience;
• Thrive reaching targets to make great commission;
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing with an inherent ability to build effective rapport;
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems (desirable);
• Proficient using Microsoft Office applications;
• Committed to client service and personal development;
• Able to develop interpersonal relationships with both internal and external stakeholders up to executive level;
• Attentive to detail;
• Influencing, proactive and organised;
• Navigate through tasks and multiple transaction with ease, accuracy and to deadlines.
