As the call centre market picks up in Perth, Page Personnel is excited to be partnering with a number of difference businesses across Perth in their busy call centres. Temporary opportunities are in high demand at the moment and the turn around is extremely fast. Description
- High volume inbound calls
- Being first point of contact for all customer enquiries
- Objection handling & solution providing
- Outbound follow up calls
- Managing customer portfolios
- Managing sales processes from start to finish
- Heavy data entry and cleaning
- Proactively ensuring customers are kept up to date in regards to their services
- Working in a team as well as autonomously
Profile
- Prior experience in a call centre position
- Demonstrated experience with KPIs/sales targets
- Ability to handle high volume inbound calls
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Prior sales experience is highly regarded
