The Role
Due to the recent restructure of our Customer Service function, we are now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide a high level of service to ensure all customers receive a positive and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and action enquires from customers in relation to sales orders, delivery dates, stock availability, timeslots etc…
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of sales orders, order changes or cancellations
- DIFOT hit investigations
- Assist with stock movement between sites/brands
- Manage Open Order reports and Stock On Hand dashboards
- Provide back up support to other Customer Service team members
About You
- At least 2 years customer service experience – manufacturing industry preferred
- SAP knowledge
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy and time management
- A good work attitude and ethic
- Be a team player
