An exciting opportunity is available for a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer experience by being the primary contact at Bayer CropScience (BCS) for receiving, processing and delivery of customer orders (Agency & Non-Agency).

The role will improve potential supply errors by flagging order processing and supply discrepancies early and promptly address any issues in consultation with the customer and / or colleagues. In addition to this you will also be responsible for customer service supply commitments made by BCS management and the Sales Team to customers.
 
Role Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • To receive and process customer orders in a timely manner in order to meet delivery cut-off schedules whilst ensuring that product quantity, pricing , delivery point and transport details match
  • To act as the interface and communication link between customers placing orders and the BCS business
  • Reconciling actual and SAP inventory discrepancies, damaged stock, missing or incidents and monitoring and meeting key performance indicators
  • To help maintain accurate customer contact, delivery point, transport, product exclusivity and special customer requirement master data within SAP
  • Proactively identify issues and communicate to Bayer's businesses and affected customers with any solutions, actions and/or escalations
  • Adopt  new processes and tools to meet all new or changes of existing business requirements while delivering a sustainable service level to all stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain excellent internal (account management) and external major customer relationships.  Even in a crisis, this excellent relationship enables a positive and friendly resolution
Experience and Skills:
  • 3-5 years' experience in the area of customer service, preferably in the agricultural industry or  manufacturing
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Understand customers' needs and then provide balanced solutions that meet and beat their expectations
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills in MS Excel and Word
  • Demonstrated skills to work autonomously and also within a team environment
  • Ability to travel to meet customers or Bayer Sales teams
