About the role
This role reporting to the Head of Commercial is a vital component to the Delre National cold chain, as the leader of the inbound order centre this role is the link between the customers needs and wants to the business as a whole.
The Customer Service Manager's primary focus is to ensure Delre National is providing leading class customer satisfaction whilst managing a team of six driven and engaged customer service representatives.
This role forms a part of the management structure that provides real time response to the businesses interaction with its market.
