What's involved?

You will be responsible for managing the digital advertising campaigns for small to medium businesses in their most important online platforms, ensuring you provide them with exceptional service and returns on their investments. Best of all, we provide very comprehensive training and ongoing support to get you started and equipped to service our clients to the high standards we’ve set for many years.

Contribute to our supportive, fast paced customer focused environment by utilising your high attention to detail, eye for accuracy, ability and desired in meeting deadlines for your clients. What's most important is providing world class customer service.

 

The ideal candidate:    

  • Previous experience in a fast paced customer/client focused role

  • A true passion to learn all things "Digital Marketing" highly regarded

  • An ability to establish and maintain effective, strategic relationships with clients/customers

  • Assertiveness, confidence, and resilience

  • A high-level of empathy & patience

  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A desire to achieve the best possible results for your clients as well as meet the expectations of relevant stakeholders
