Our client is a market leader in financial services and they are looking for Business Support Representatives to join their dynamic and lively team in Rhodes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the Big 4 Banks to kick start your career in Banking and Finance.
Your new role
This is a highly customer focused position and you’ll be the first point of contact for in using the banks systems and processes, taking calls from business customers in servicing their accounts as well as handling calls regarding products. You will be proactively liaising with various business customers to resolve issues and queries to ensure effective communication, feedback and provision of information to ensure achievement of a quality experience.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will have a passion for connecting positively with people and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be a committed team player and will be available to work rotating roster shift patterns which will cover 38 hours per week, Mon - Sun with excellent opportunity for overtime penalty rates available.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a great pay rate of $25 - $29 per hour. You will also be offered rewards for your contribution and achievements, as well as comprehensive training and ongoing support. This is an ongoing full time temporary position with the view to transition permanently within 6-12 months. Successful applicants will need to be flexible to work a rotating roster shift pattern; Mon - Fr 8am - 9pm, Sat-Sun 9am-6pm. Your roaster will be provided 4 weeks in advance.
