We are looking to appoint a Call Centre Operator to our growing and dynamic mortgage lending lead generation business located in the heart of Sydney CBD.

This will be achieved by completing duties including but not limited to the following:

The successful applicant will be responsible for the highest level of customer experience at the time of initial enquiry from our lead generation campaigns and partners, prequalifying a client for a home loan, before distributing to our team of mortgage professionals. This involves handling large amounts of outbound and inbound calls and no direct selling. Will also include being able to facilitate special projects and custom campaigns that occur from time-to-time. This is fast paced environment requiring a dynamic, energetic individual whom is outcome focused. Must have flexibility to work within staffing requirements and hours of Contact Centre – currently 830am to 700pm Monday to Friday.

  • A clear and professional telephone manner
  • Desirable previous work history in mortgage lending industry in either customer facing and/or a call/contact centre environment
  • Strong analytical attributes and competencies
  • Meticulous about your duties and details
  • Able to meet or exceed set volume targets
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and online systems
  • Strong time management skills
  • Skills to negotiate, problem solve customer comments and enquiries
