Your new company
A leading waste management service experiencing great growth is now seeking a driven, decision maker to join their Alexandria offices as the Customer Service Manager. This business covers all areas of recycling, landfill, bin waste, skip hires and industrial scale waste management. A renowned business in their market and known for their high levels of customer service, could you be the new face of the Customer Care team?
Your new role
-Managing a team of 8, you will be required to implement new ideas, revamp the team and develop new KPI's to rev the team up!
-Report daily activity and work to monitor business profit and growth
-Develop the customer service team in response to the business growth with potential influx in headcount down the line
- Monitor calls, AHT, KPI's and team achievements
- Handle a high volume of escalations, complaints and unhappy customers from day to day practise
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will be strategic in your approach, be hands on, thick skinned, confident and have the attitude of 'getting the job done'. This role requires someone from a previous customer service management position where change and rules have been implemented, as well as from a construction/industrial or blue collar environment, more so someone who can handle the heat from a variety of senior people.
