Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre industry. As a partner with a BIG4BANK we have multiple roles for experienced Customer Service representatives to join a high performing & driven team based in Parramatta.
Duties Include:
- Managing customer enquiries via Inbound telephone calls relating to a variety of Banking products.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
- Identifying customer needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
- Managing Client Records / Data Entry
- Contribute and add value to the Customer Experience – Provide an exceptional service experience in each call.
Skills & attributes required:
- Demonstrated Customer Service Experience.
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
- Solid work history in a customer facing role
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

This is a full-time permanent role and you will be need to be available to work on a rotating roster between 7am and 10pm.
