In this newly created role you will be required to demonstrate use of telephone selling skills. Ideally you will have experience in a phone-based sales environment where you have been making outbound telephone calls.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed KPI's and financial targets including sales, profit, and market share goals
  • Update, maintain and increase customer database through Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Make outbound telephone calls to all organizational levels
  • Achieve daily customer phone contact objectives to provide product and relevant information for all aspects of gaining and servicing business at all accounts to generate sales.
  • Prospect and develop relationships with new customers. Coordinate on-going customer relationships with focus on up selling and cross selling.
  • Analyze and develop sales opportunities with the greatest Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Coordinate quotations and special pricing
  • Develop product knowledge sufficient to successfully conduct an effective telephone sales presentation.


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree (B.Sc. level or above) preferred
  • Preferably previous experience in a sales support role
  • Proven experience in sales and account management preferred.
