Concentrix is a Fortune 500 company with our head office based in San Francisco. Companies engage us to run their customer service call centres for them and we’re experiencing continued growth in Australia. 

We are looking for your demonstrated capability in creating new reports and that are easily understood, communicated and implemented effectively. 

As Reporting Analyst, key responsibilities will include, but not limited to; 

Operational Reporting

  • Understanding the contact centre environment data and data links to be able to produce operational, commercial and financial information
  • Carry out reporting needs identification analysis, highlighting problem areas within reports and develop recommendations for solutions
  • Establish data archiving mechanism from various data sources like ACD feeds, WFM or Client tools
  • Plan and organise work within organisational deadlines, effectively prioritising and executing on multiple activities, commitments and deadline.

You will bring

  • Tertiary qualification in business, IT, Math, Statistics or similar
  • 3 years experience in similar role preferred
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, macros, templates)
  • Strong database design, understanding of entity relationship methodologies and maintaining data integrity
  • Ability to build relationships from large data-sets in disparate data sources – experience with ODBC connections preferred
  • Hands-on experience with large data sets and disparate data to obtain insights on call volume, productivity drivers and customer experience
  • A strong understanding key Contact Centre metrics and outcomes
  • Detailed and practical knowledge of joining, filtering, and aggregation of data as well as proficiency in using various math, logical type conversation and statistical functions

Located in Edward St, Brisbane CBD, you must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to work on a flexible basis and willingness to be on call for after-hours consulting
