    What do we do?
    We provide great software that enables major car manufacturers and dealers deliver excellent customer experiences and increase revenues. We work closely with our customers and global colleagues to achieve this.   The customer service team is vital to our success.
     
    This role provides support to customers across the Asia Pacific region; increasing satisfaction by understanding their needs, gathering information and providing solutions.  The customer service rep will receive excellent product training from our experienced and friendly team.  Note due to supporting the Asia region, you will be expected to work in line with that zone’s business hours i.e. start and finish later than standard Australian working hours.
      
    Responsibilities in this role include:
      
    ·       Supporting customers from the Asian market in all products
    ·       Product issue resolution
    ·       Maintaining our customer data base
    ·       Maintaining KPIs to ensure exceptional customer service
    ·       Improving and maintaining product knowledge
    ·       Liaising with other internal departments to resolve issues
    ·       Outbound campaign calls to existing customers

    ·       Customer service experience and a customer-focused attitude
    ·       Working knowledge of the internet and search engines
    ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    ·       Multi-Lingual; fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
    ·       Information gathering and problem solving
    ·       Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products
    ·       Team based attitude
