The Company
Global distribution business who provide quality products to their customers require 3 x Customer Service Representatives to join their team, on a 3 month temporary basis with the possibility of extension.
The Position
- Provide high quality and exceptional Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries on the phone & via email
- Action customer correspondence, quotes and sales queries
- Coordination of externally sourced stock and internal management
- Provide sales and stock availability, quotations, order status and technical information to customers
The Candidate
- Demonstrated experience within a similar Customer Service roles
- Exceptional communication skills
- Display strong attention to detail and intermediate computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work effectively under pressure and pick up new tasks quickly
- Professionally presented
- Strong work ethic
