We’re seeking a motivated and open-minded individual to work with our client, American Express on securing appointments for the Global Commercial Services (GCS) sales team. While this role is phone-based, you will play an integral part in a large sales and marketing team, engaging with potential clients meaningfully and communicating how the American Express GCS solutions can add value to their business.
About The Role
In this role you will be representing one of the world's leading global financial services brands you will be speaking to potential Australian based businesses from the mid-market corporate segment and explaining the benefits of an internationally recognised service provider. For those potential clients who are interested due to your amazing pitch, they will then be forwarded to an experienced sales team who will go forth and close the deal in person! You'll need to be skilled in making a great first impression as you will be the voice of a prestigious global brand, dedicated to quality and service.
What are we looking for?
- Previous contact centre experience (desirable)
- Superior communication skills with an excellent phone manner
- An ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and organisational peers
- The ability to work in a busy and ever-changing environment
- Self-motivated team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
