As well as cutting out the complicated Insurance jargon. Whilst we have been established for nearly ten years, we are still very much in start up mode and are constantly looking at new ways to improve our current business offering.
- You will assist small business owners with choosing business insurance, ensuring they purchase the best possible solution for their needs.
- You will do this by responding to enquires made by the business owners on our comparison site.
- You will get the opportunity to work in a competitive environment converting each enquiry in to a successful outcome and then be rewarded for it!
On a day to day basis you will be working with a range of customers and products ensuring variety to your role and your responsibilities will include:
- Providing all customers with an outstanding experience in all their dealings with you as a Business Insurance Service Consultant
- Managing a high volume of customer enquiries, including telephone calls and emails regarding amendments, renewals, payments and cancellations.
- Building upon existing customer relationships to retain business and explore further potential
- Actively engage in additional training to be the most effective and knowledgeable service consultant possible
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience and exposure to commercial insurance desirable
- Passion for customer excellence
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Enjoy working in a fast paced KPI driven environment
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain rapport
