Our client is a fun and progressive Sales and Marketing Company based in the heart of Geelong who provide brand awareness and long-term customer acquisition services to the humanitarian clients they promote.

They are currently searching for 2+ Call Centre/Customer Service superstars because they understand what it takes to ensure the customer feels valued, can make everyone they speak to feel like they are the number 1 priority; but most importantly, they can appreciate the hard work and dedication required to be a success.


Are you:

• Inquisitive, curious and passionate about learning?
• Sociable and enjoy building relationships with people?
• Hungry and driven to build a rewarding career?
• Able to step outside comfort zones?
• Business-minded and goal oriented? 

(4 years experience in customer service or sales positions is highly regarded)


Key Responsibilities:

• Initiating and building quality customer relationships
• Speaking with and assisting customers
• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining a "fun to be around" / positive attitude
• Being the face of the brand you represent
• Planning, record keeping and invoicing
