Mount Waverley Location
Hours: 3 - 8 pm Monday to Thursday( 3 or 4 shifts per week)
- Contacting inbound enquiries and outbound to existing customers
- Relationship building
- Identifying needs and scheduling appointments
- Offering additional products and services to existing customers.
- Heaps of Personality and confidence
- Previous Contact Centre experience is desirable
- Competitive candidates with drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills and command of English
- Self motivated, disciplined and motivated by a challenge
- Must have telephone experience!
- Must be computer literate; be organized and have a great attitude
- Available for an immediate start

Previous experience within a similar role is a must . Successful candidates will be given 4 weeks trial.
Hourly rate for first 4 weeks trial is $25 if successful hourly rate goes up to $28 (must do a minimum of 4 shifts per week)
