Love to solve customer problems and share your knowledge? As a specialist HSC Consultant, you will advise parents and students about our learning programs, and the many benefits of HSC tutoring. You will be responsible for managing all inbound customer enquiries, using your outstanding problem solving and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service on the phone, in centre and online. You will also be responsible for ensuring our learning centres are maintained to the best standard possible for our students.

About the position…

  • Manage parent and student inbound phone, face to face, email enrolment and academic enquiries

  • Meet personal and team enrolment targets as well as, trial, re-enrolment and case-handling targets

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Maintain data quality on our CRM

  • Triage customer troubleshooting issues to appropriate teams for resolution

  • Support the promotion of marketing campaigns

  • Wear the uniform with pride

  • Support Mentors (Tutors and Teachers) in-centre as required

  • Coordinate seminars, meeting and tutorial bookings and monitor attendance

What you will need...

  • Some experience in sales consulting, customer service or call centre desirable

  • Proven experience consistently delivering exceptional customer service

  • A friendly and lively nature with a skill for building rapport with customers

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Be impeccably presented with outstanding communication skills

  • Available to work one day of the weekend, hours are vary between 8:30am - 7:30pm

  • Administration experience desirable
