Due to growth a unique opportunity has become available to work for one of Australia’s leading utilities firm in the heart of Melbourne CBD.  Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager to ensure efficient management of new connections for customers and managing a team of seven.

Key duties include; training consultants on all processes and provide support to the new connections team, resolve escalations from customers, prepare reports of KPI’s, provide a high level of stakeholder engagement as scheduling processes are developed and streamlined, analysing data and operating a budget
