- Appointment setting with existing customers and warm leads - no hard sales or cold calling
- Deliver quality customer care and provide essential help and support for people experiencing hearing loss
- Join a friendly and caring team operating out of a newly refurbished Port Melbourne office
Our client is a quality provider of hearing care across the country. As they are currently experiencing an exciting growth phase, they are looking to take on two new Outbound Customer Care Agents. This rewarding role will see the successful candidates helping to expand the service to reach more people and make a difference in the lives of patients right across ANZ!
This is your opportunity to join a close-knit team of Customer Care Specialists operating in a beautiful office surrounded by the rest of the company (including technicians, marketing officers, administrators etc.) Previous Appointment Setters have gone on to work in other areas of the business and develop their careers even further within the charitable/medical field. This is a Monday to Friday role and there is some flexibility with start times, so could be a great option for a busy parent or someone looking to get out of the weekend roster cycle!
Duties of the role involve:
- Acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers
- Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls
- Initiating sensitive conversations with your clients
- Booking appointments to drive foot-traffic to clinics
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and answering any customer questions thoroughly
- Providing a quality customer experience
Sound interesting? The successful candidate will have:
- Previous appointment setting or telesales experience
- A tactful and empathetic approach with a mature, caring attitude
- A great head for product knowledge and technical/clinical know-how
- A welcoming and nurturing phone manner
- The resilience and tenacity to make and receive a high number of calls
- A passion for customer care
