About the role...
Key responsibilities will include:
- Full responsibility for all things lead generation including outbound and inbound sources
- Collaborate with leadership team to build Potential Vendor Lead (PVL) and Buyer Enquiry (BE) lists
- Identify key target markets and prioritisation in line with business strategy and operational requirements
- Conduct relevant planning and research required to execute an effective output
- Effective telephone prospecting and ongoing follow-up practices focusing on the client experience
- Prepare relevant call scripts e.g. introduce LINK services, create a database and qualify both PVL & BE's
- Refine and manage lead allocation process in line with business objectives of enhancing the client experience & conversions
- Manage relationship with external lead source providers and assess ongoing performance
- Drive conversion targets and provide monthly performance reports
- Liaise with management team in regards to updates and problem-solving initiatives
- Maintain compliance, confidentiality and best practice standards
Experience and skills required:
- Highly motivated and target orientated individual
- Relevant experience and exposure with a lead generation role
- Innovative research skills and techniques to source suitable business vendors
- Proficient computer skills & telephone techniques
- Can-do attitude and proactive approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, whilst driving results
