Renowned for their fantastic training and customer service, the business has grown rapidly and as such they are looking for Outbound Consultants to join their team. You will be selling well known brands that are heavily advertised and marketed throughout Australia.
The targets and KPI’s are both fair and realistic with a real emphasis on commission earning and potential to earn anywhere from $1,000 - $5,000 a month on top of a generous base salary

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and focused Outbound Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with their enquiries and sell the best products on offer whilst also working with existing clients to upsell other ranges available within the organisation.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Outbound calls to both new and existing customers to prompt and sell company products
- Rapport building with both new and existing customers to build relationships that assist in new business
- Ability to Identify clients and up-selling our wide range of services
- Achieving or exceeding realistic KPI's and Targets
- Making it a positive customer service experience for all clients and new customers
As the right candidate, you will be:
- Highly driven and motivated
- Ability to work flexible hours on a fixed rotating roster between Monday and Fridays
- A team player that is supportive and positive
- Previous experience within customer service, retail or a sales role
- Clear and concise communication
