ABOUT THE ROLE

Joining the passionate Customer Service Team in the Early Life Nutrition division managing orders for the key brands of Aptamil and Karicare.  As a Customer Service Associate, you will join a close-knit team of 6 where you will be responsible for manage order processing in the SAP system.  You will be required to work collaboratively with internal and external customers to provide an excellent customer experience.  Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Follow up on all customer queries & process orders, received via EDI or email
  • Work in collaboration with the sales team to align on customer order expectations, new lines and promotional activities
  • Work closely with accounts to ensure customer claims are processed in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Planning, Logistics, Digital Marketing
  • Liaise with the 3rd party warehouse and transport team

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous customer service/care experience
  • Experience with SAP (highly beneficial)
  • Experience in the Pharmacy / Retail / FMCG industry would be preferred
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
