What is the Role?
We are currently seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and supportive workplace in Cairns, Queensland!

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and demonstrate your passion for customer service.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will ensure that daily interaction with customers is of a high standard, as well as building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and creating sales opportunities through enthusiastic and proactive selling.

You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate service to all customers, as well as complete quotes and order processing.You will also work collaboratively within the internal departments to resolve customer queries and ensure the improvement of efficiencies.

Duties include:
• Data entry;
• Quoting orders;
• End to end order processing; and
• Acting as the first point of contact for all customer queries (face to face, over the phone and via email)

Who are we looking for?
We are on the lookout for a customer service professional with a friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop. You will have demonstrated customer service experience in a fast paced environment. Your strong communication skills and computer skills, coupled with your ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and adapt to frequent changes, will see you succeed in this role.

A true team player, your passion for customer service together with your high attention to detail, self motivation and drive will ensure your continued success.
Demonstrated skills in Excel as well as exposure to data entry systems would be highly advantegous.
