This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded Customer Service professional to join a stable and professional team.

This role is a combination of Customer Service and Sales Support combined with Order Management and your duties and responsibilities will include however not be limited to:

  • First point of contact for all inbound calls
  • Work with the Sales Team in qualifying and following up sales leads via emails and outbound calls
  • Sales Order Data Entry into CRM system
  • Handle product, pricing and availability queries from customers
  • Back office Sales & Customer service support functions
  • Entering purchase orders and warranty and rebate related orders
  • Manage and maintain the pricing matrix
  • Prepare and distribute customer backorder reports including returns/replacements
  • Transferring technically specific enquiries via phone/email to appropriate department

To be successful, candidate needs to have the following skills:

  • This person must have worked within a technical product environment previously
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Customer Service, Sales Support or Operations/Order Entry based position
  • Exposure to large ERP systems highly desirable
  • High level of Customer Service skills
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills, excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and organised, ability to confidently manage competing priorities
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Strong relationship building skills
