About the role:

We have set up a newly formed concierge customer service team in our new office in Northbridge WA. We are looking for experienced casual customer service professionals to join our expanding national team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a positive customer experience to all internal and external KinCare customers
  • Operating across both inbound and outbound queues as needed through all communication channels
  • Providing customers with accurate product information and promoting the benefits of services available
  • Identifying and resolving customer inquiries, incidents or complaints in a timely manner

About you:

  • Solid customer service experience working in a high volume inbound contact centre
  • Have the flexibility to work across our operating hours of 6am -8pm; flexibility needed to work mornings from 6am-10am
  • Must have a warm and empathic approach to dealing with customer’s enquiries
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to operate in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Exceptional communication, time management and organisational skills
  • Strong customer focus and proactive approach to solving issues
