The Position

We are currently seeking a National Sales Consultant to join our team at our Head Office in Clayton.

 

As the National Sales Consultant you will responsible for responding to all relevant inbound phone/web and transferred removal, storage enquiries in a timely, professional, highly customer service-focused manner to qualify, identify their needs and priorities, best align our products and services to them, and optimise sales by either converting to a booking or in-home survey.

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

  • Utilise best-practice customer service and sales techniques to deliver optimum outcomes for the customer and Kent, including the Kent Insurance Process and the Kent Customer Care/Sales Process of Rapport, Discovery, Solution, Action, Value Wrap and Follow-up.
  • Have a thorough command of all Kent removals and storage product and service offerings, including their value selling propositions, features and benefits, as well as accurate costing and optimal quoting thereof.
  • Unswerving commitment to providing superior customer service through exceptional positive solution-focused attitude, responsiveness, listening, attention to customer needs and priorities, communication, issue resolution, follow-up and follow through.
  • Optimum utilisation of our internal systems and processes, including the accurate identification and appropriate recording of all relevant information, correct booking, operational coordination and follow through, and account set-up and/or payment processing for all Kent and ancillary services.
  • Meet or exceed agreed KPI’s, and commitment to a culture of innovation, teamwork and continuous improvement.
