Due to an increase in work load they have an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join their Outbound Consumer team in a temporary to permanent capacity.
The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will act as the first, and central point of contact for Customers, that have completed online enquiries. Utilising your excellent communication skills and inquisitive nature your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contacting Customers to respond to product enquiries within 24 hours of receipt
- Providing thorough and accurate pricing and availability on a range of catalogue products
- Processing customer orders
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to initiate the Sales process by booking a technician visit
- Resolving customer complaints
- Ensuring all documentations is correct and received in line with company policies
- Completing all administrative tasks – new customer applications, sales orders, delivery documents
Your Profile
You are an experienced Customer Service Officer, who has the ability to take ownership of your role, and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be a strong and confident communicator and are self-motivated and driven to exceed KPI’s. You will have well developed problem-solving skills and are committed to providing exceptional service to your customer at all times. You must have experience working in SAP, and previous experience in an outbound or technical product support position.
