Customer service position with a Government organisation based in Box Hill.
Your new company
This is a state government organisation in the Eastern suburbs requires an experienced contact centre officer
Your new role
You will be primarily responsible for responding to phone and email enquiries from members of the public, industry and community groups. This is considered a high volume contact centre role where you will be required to answer general queries and process orders in a pro-active, helpful, accurate and timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have 3+ years of high volume contact centre experience in customer service enviroment
- Government experience is highly regarded
- You will have experience meeting and achieving KPI's and customer satisfaction surveys
- You will have strong communication skills and patients to liaise with a large variety of different backgrounds and have the ability to confidently convey clear and concise information in a respectful yet firm manner.
