The Role
Reporting into and supporting the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) in delivering an outstanding level of service to their clients.

You will be actively maintaining a high level of customer service for all clients, monitoring clients profiles to identify investment opportunities, collecting client information and drafting submissions, preparing payment requests and pricing review requests.

Alongside that, you will monitor and rectify potential breaches of policies, update schedules, update client record notes, analyse risk records and complete accurate verifications in a timely manner. 

Lastly, ensuring prompt action of compliance and policy, including gathering and reporting on data using company software and Excel.

The Candidate
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience or administrative experience (face to face or over the phone)
- Experience as a collections officer or working in a collections department highly advantageous 
- Experience in handling challenging conversations with people and negotiations skills
- Great Excel skills
