Our client a well-known government organisation has had an opportunity become available for a Customer Service Officer, due to an increased workload in the division.
The successful candidate would be the first point of contact for all queries ensuring that they are able to receive the very best in customer service.
As a Customer Service Officer your duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Act as first point of contact for all phone and email enquiries from the public, industry and community groups
- Provide relevant information and educate applicants as required
- Ensure accurate data entry for all callers
- Provide administrative support to the applications team
- Liaise effectively with other staff and
Skills:
- Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within customer service or administration
- High level of attention to detail and initiative
- Database and MS Office
- Call centre experience in a government organisation viewed favourably
