Your new company
A well renowned client is actively seeking engaging and experienced Customer Service Consultants to join their rapidly growing organisation.
Your new role
You may be required to control a high volume of inbound calls, handling customer enquiries, providing product information to new and existing customers. You will be required to conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and maintain a positive relationship with customers. You will need to identify customer needs, whilst working towards individual KPIs and targets.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have experience in customer focused role
- You will have face-to-face or contact centre experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer savvy as you may be required to use multiple systems simultaneously
- A friendly and consumer focused approach
