This highly respected and successful roll-fed, pressure sensitive label printing and flexible packaging company based in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs seeks the services of an experienced Customer Service Representative/Account Coordinator to join their highly successful sales team.

The company, using state of the art technology, specialises in both conventional and digital labels with a focus on combination processes to guarantee their clients the highest quality.

Primarily, as support to the Business Development Managers, your responsibilities will include managing customer enquiries, processing and tracking sales orders, working on specific projects, preparing reports and assisting senior managers as required.

In this dynamic, challenging and fast paced role, as the ideal candidate you will possess the following key attributes:

• Previous customer service/account coordinator experience within a manufacturing environment (ideally within the Printing, Label or Packaging industries but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High energy levels
• The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and intermediate computer skills
• The ability to think on your feet and facilitate processes quickly and efficiently
• Be a team player at all times.
