ABOUT THE COMPANY

This multinational business provides fast and secure parking solutions to major cities across the Asia- Pacific region. They pride themselves on providing professional and results-oriented customer service at the press of a button, and the ability to offer proactive parking solutions in large metro areas.

THE ROLE

Working as a part of a small but experienced team, you will be required to act as the primary point of contact for all customers across Australia, handling service issues to ensure that all are resolved in a timely manner. This is a full time permanent role and you will work across a 5 week rotating roster. A mix of evening and night shifts will be offerred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer a high volume of calls from customers across Australia
  • Resolve customers' technical issues relating to parking equipment (boom gates, ticket dispensers, payment options)
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Be solution focussed for every customer
  • Actively participate in a team based environment
  • Accurately record information into the database
  • Proactively look for continuous improvement within yourself and company policies.
  • Be open to new technology and policies to improve the customer experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 12 months + experience in a customer service based role
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Demonstrated empathy for customers in stressful situations
