The Role
As the Manager of the Collections Services Group you will be responsible for managing, leading and motivating 5 Team Leaders and a total team of ≈ 40 Collections and Banking Officers. You will lead this team in designing, delivering and continuously improving Collections Services at FXA to delight our 40,0000 customers. Collections Services includes outbound collections, banking, account reconciliations, complex billing issue management.
You are a leader, change agent and a specialist in your space, who will continuously develop a high performing team and the supporting service that ensure KPI’s are achieved and continuously improved. The Person
We are looking for someone that has previous experience leading cultural change and motivating a team of Collections Officers to meet their targets and strict deadlines.
You will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with proven leadership and cultural change skills
- Expert knowledge of collections, reconciliations, risk and dispute management, recovery and insolvency processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Lean Management and Kaizen
- Experience implementing system and process improvement and managing change would be highly regarded.
