We are seeking switched on, intelligent and personable talent to work in a complex phone based support role. Based in the heart of the CBD in great offices, you will be working within a wider customer service team providing professional and accurate support to specialists and government contacts. This is a fast paced role, primarily phone based with email and web enquiries. 

This is a genuine temp-perm process with a view to transition successfully into a permanent contract. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in phone or face-to-face customer service with strong communication skills. You need to be able to digest complex information and present it in an easy to understand manner.

There will be ongoing training and development in a role where every day will have challenges (and comedic moments). This is a highly respected role within the organisation with career development opportunity.

Your Day-To-Day:

  • Respond to incoming enquiries by phone, email and web
  • Provide extensive assistance around various procedures, legislations and regulations, providing status updates on applications, organising documentation etc.
  • Work with confidential information and documentation
  • Upkeep of the database and CRM, general administration 
  • Ad-hoc support to management

We are looking to get the ball rolling with interviews quickly with a view to begin immediately. 

  • This is a temp-permanent process working full time Monday-Friday between 9.00am - 8.00pm in the CBD.
     
  • You must be available to work a full 37.5 hour week and be seeking a permanent role, this position is not suited for talent only wanting short term or temporary work.  
     
  • Salary is $25 + super per hour while temping initially and will convert to an annual salary of $55,500 + super
