Our client based in Carrum Downs who specialise in building and insurance repairs are currently seeking a customer focused, self-motivated, well organised Team Leader to join their company.

The successful person will deliver high quality customer service with both internal and external clients, developing good working relationship with customers, trades, sub-contractors and Insurance Companies.

You will be a highly motivated and innovative individual with a passionate for customer service. You will drive success and continuous improvement in the delivery of the key responsibilities including;

• Provide leadership and foster a team environment

• Ability to build valuable relationships

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment, to proactively share knowledge and work collaboratively to support colleagues and deliver required business outcomes.

• Support the team with workflow and allocation of client work.

• Ensure that clients complaints are resolved efficiently

The successful person will possess proven management experience within a call centre environment. The following are key attributes we are looking for;

• Strong administrative and office management skills

• Sound written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional listening and relationship building skills
