Goals A+N are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in our Melbourne office, located in the northern suburbs.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-starter who can work as part of a team or autonomously when required. Preferred experience in cold calling and working in a high paced fast moving environment.
To be considered for this role you will possess:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt quickly and operate in a flexible, dynamic and ever changing environment
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite
- A tenacious and resilient go getter
Primary responsibilities of the role will include:
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities for the National Sales team
- Create and manage small targeted campaigns to attract new customers
- Work with sales and operations teams to achieve targeted business goals
- Meet and exceed agreed performance (budget) targets on a monthly and annual basis
