Description
The Consumer information Officer will be responsible for:
- Responding to all enquiries surrounding the brands
- Becoming a subject matter expert on the brands
- Dealing with complaints
- Escalating complaints when required
- Working within a small team
Profile
The successful applicant will have experience in:
- A similar position
- Dealing with technical and complex enquiries
- Preferably experience in the FMCG industry
- Working in a fast paced environment
