Your new role
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls to customers in regards to their Claims.
- Discussing and negotiating settlement options with our customers to determine liability and mitigate customer complaints.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage risk and ensure appropriate outcomes are achieved.
- Updating customer records efficiently and adhering to regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to manage time effectively and ensure time frames are adhered to.
- Outstanding customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong computer skills including efficient data entry capabilities.
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
What you'll get in return
- $ 46. 670k + 13% Superannuation.
- Full Time, 6 months Fixed Term Contract.
- Monday to Friday rotating roster 8.30AM to 6.00PM.
- 2 weeks full time training from the start date.
