Your new role

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls to customers in regards to their Claims.

• Discussing and negotiating settlement options with our customers to determine liability and mitigate customer complaints.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage risk and ensure appropriate outcomes are achieved.
• Updating customer records efficiently and adhering to regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to manage time effectively and ensure time frames are adhered to.
• Outstanding customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong computer skills including efficient data entry capabilities.
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly.

What you'll get in return

• $ 46. 670k + 13% Superannuation.
• Full Time, 6 months Fixed Term Contract.
• Monday to Friday rotating roster 8.30AM to 6.00PM.
• 2 weeks full time training from the start date.
