The Role
As the company's first point of contact, your role is vital insuring quite of service is of high standard. Some of the duties and responsibilities involve:
- Outbound calls to prospective clients
- Building excellent rapport with current and potential account holders
- Dispute handling and resolving customer enquiries
- Meeting customer needs but promoting products and services
- Processing orders/payment
- Data entry
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will be someone who is hard working and understands the importance of perseverance. You will have proven 2 years telesales experience, providing excellent quality of communication and service.
You will need to be someone who prides themselves on being goal oriented and has a great phone manner.
