About My Client:
They are a very well established, exponentially growing business that operate in the area of work health & safety. Their product is vital within a myriad of locations across Australia and with minimal competition; this is a role of choice and unmatched potential within the market.
The Role:
We are looking for three enthusiastic and ambitious sales/appointment setters to join their team based in Sydney. The roles are either work from home or from Their offices based in Alexandria.
They prefer to work on the premise of trust; therefore these positions can be work from home roles. Due to this luxury, these roles are open to a myriad of applicants including stay at home mums or dads, people who are over of the commute or people who feel more comfortable and efficient with this flexible yet hard working structure.
The applicants will possess previous outbound appointment setting or sales experience. The management team will provide second to none training on both call strategies and systems. You will have a personal drive to meet targets and manage your time effectively and efficiently. The aim of this role is to be the first point of contact with a potential client and educate them on their product, resulting in an arranged appointment for the external sales team.
Taking responsibility for your time and growth within this team will see you go far in this role including future promotions and uncapped, unmatched, monetary rewards.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Outbound/Inbound sales calls to new & existing clients
- Providing clients with accurate & detailed product information
- Setting up appointments from our data for our specialised consultants.
- Input appropriate data for new and existing clients
- Achieve sales targets
To excel in this role, you will need to:
- Have a positive, autonomous mindset
- Identify quality leads vs poor leads
- Have high levels of self motivation
- Be able to accurately pass on messages in-house
- Must speak fluent English
- MUST Be based in Sydney (Ideally Inner West/Eastern Suburbs)

Remuneration:
The roles are permanent part-time with a very realistic move to full-time for willing applicants. You will receive a generous hourly rate of $28 plus an almost unheard of commission structure that would see experienced applicants earning an extra 40K + per annum.
This would see a part-timer earning approx. 70K + with full-timers at 100K +, all while working from home or in-house - Not too bad!
