As a result of unprecedented growth we are now seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join our amazing yet humble team.
The Role
The primary function of this position is to respond to every new sales enquiry and promptly convert these into new clients. You must ensure that all individuals contacting CareChoice are responded to in a timely, courteous and customer service driven manner, with all correspondence being documented using the relevant database. You will also be required to monitor the implementation of services to all new clients, in line with requested timelines and ensure support hours are in line with funding.
Other key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Provide support to enquirers with appropriate first call resolution; answering questions regarding CareChoice services, funding, rights and responsibilities etc., in line with a first call resolution' principle.
- Booking prospective new clients into a meeting with the appropriate CareChoice Client Engagement Manager.
- Assisting with the monitoring of various other service implementation or delivery factors such as funding as directed by Manager, Services.
- Assisting with the administrative setup of new clients, as directed by Manager, Services.
- Respond to asap Out of Home Care referrals including set up of client profiles and drafting interim Support Plans.
Your Profile
To ensure your success in this role you must:
- Have previous experience in a similar Target Driven role where customer service is paramount.
- Have the demonstrated ability to multi task and prioritize accordingly in a fast paced customer service environment and adhere to all KPI's.
- Have well developed interpersonal, negotiation and complaints resolution skills
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have Proven ability to quickly establish rapport with a range of individuals
- Have a clear, pleasant, professional and confident manner with highly developed administrative skills.
