About the role

We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Customer Service Operator for our IT Service Desk.  The successful candidate will provide first level on-call support to the firm's users with issues relating to hardware and software packages and operating processes. 

About you

Ideally you will have:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Appropriate time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of core software packages including MS Office
  • Highly developed problem solving and decision making skills
  • An outstanding customer service approach

Hours

This is a full time position with a standard 37 ½ hour working week however due to the nature of the role, additional hours may be required on busy days or during critical periods. Interstate travel Sydney or Canberra may be required. Office hours are from 7am to 7pm rotational roster. Some weekend work may also be required, the rostered staff member would be remunerated accordingly.
