- Great Penalty Rates / Vic Park Location
- Immediate start with fully paid training
- Casual position (with view to permanency)
Previous taxi or transport industry experience highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have the ability, desire and skill set to learn new tasks easily and adapt to situations quickly whilst under pressure.
Supervisory experience will be highly regarded as successful candidates must have the potential for advancement to senior duties.
ATTRIBUTES YOU SHOULD HAVE
- FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY ESSENTIAL over a 24/7 roster – up to 38 hours per week over a variety of shifts
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs with quick and accurate keyboard skills
- Recent experience in a fast paced challenging call centre environment
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Perth metro area
- Current licence and own transport essential
- Must be available for training Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm for a 3 week period
- A pre-employment medical assessment will be required
- Current police clearance must be supplied
