What will you be doing?

We support International Students and Visitors with Overseas Health Cover during their entire stay in Australia which is a requirement of their Visa entering Australia. Our role is to provide exceptional customer, support and assistance in their times need.

You will provide first call resolution of inbound telephone calls and complete administration and customer service tasks such as:  processing bulk claim payments, refunds, responding to email queries from providers and field staff and processing policy maintenance adjustments to OSHC policies by phone or email.

We require candidates who demonstrate an understanding of the personal impact of themselves and their role on customers, clients, colleagues and stakeholders in contributing to business success.

You'll be responsible for

  • Delivery of exceptional phone-based and administrative customer service to our customers and clients
  • Understanding the company's OSHC insurance policies and products to then be able to provide accurate information to our customers
  • Meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPI's


What makes a successful OSHC Customer Service Assistant?

The successful candidate will possess the following skills as a minimum:

  • Previous experience managing customer enquiries in a busy contact centre environment.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
  • Display an awareness and understanding of cross cultural differences.
  • Be able to multi-task and have strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about helping people and producing the best outcome
  • Fit well in a team environment focused on our company's values of Caring, Connected, Proactive and Professional.

 

If successful, candidates must be available Monday to Friday between 8.30- 6pm.
