The role of a Call Centre/Customer Service Officer is varied and interesting and you will have over the phone contact with potential customers from all over Sydney and the Newcastle/Central Coast area.

This position will suit only the most organised, mature and structured person with exceptional attention to detail. 

We are looking for a big personality. An energetic, mature individual, who loves interacting with people and isn't afraid to spark up a conversation.

Our Customer Service Representatives are paid weekly and we reward our staff with a bonus incentive for each generated appointment that sells.

Your duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Ability to create new leads and set appointments for the sales team (Inbound)
  • Provide the sales team with the best opportunity to sell the lead
  • Scheduling consultant resources and allocating work flow
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and manage lasting relationships with customers
  • Communicate our products in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets 
  • Impressive listening skills that identify client’s needs and provide appropriate solutions to customer enquiries

    Successful applicants must possess the following:

  • Proven previous experience in Inbound/Outbound lead Generation (preferred, not essential)
  • Professionally presented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Fantastic time management
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Own transport is advantageous

 

Australian Outdoor Living uses only the highest quality home improvement materials and we aim to supply only the best of service to our valued customer. This is a five and a half day per week position working from our office in Minchinbury.

 

We are seeking a long term permanent person that is willing to grow with the company.

 

Training will be provided on in house systems and products.
