Our client, a global household name has a number of exciting opportunities for Senior Customer Services Officers. As there are multiple positions, you will have the choice of temporary or permanent work.

Your duties will include:

  • First point of contact for inbound enquiries from customers over the phone
  • Provide an effortless experience for all customer interactions and handling complaints
  • Assist with administration tasks as required
  • Ability to achieve your KPI’s and contribute to team targets
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Display flexibility and adaptability to help meet the department’s scheduling requirements

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Minimum 3 years previous experience in a telephone based customer service environment
  • Experience in end to end case management
  • Previous experience in handling escalated enquiries and calls
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret customer needs and behaviours with a proven ability to effectively manage the end to end customer experience; fulfilling the customer's needs
  • Self-motivated and demonstrate high level of initiative & motivation
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in both team environment and autonomously
  • Strong time management skills; ability to prioritise delivery of outcomes
