For over 30 years, this well-established organisation based in West Gosford, prides itself on its customer service and holistic approach to cleaning and hygiene solutions in the Central Coast and Newcastle regions.
Due to continual growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Officer.
  
The role of Customer Service Officer is to provide 5-Star customer service and sales support to customers, clientele and internal stakeholders. You will be involved in answering inbound customer enquiries, meeting and greeting customers and existing clients, as well as providing information on services and solutions in a timely manner.
  
Reporting directly into the General Manager, your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting all visitors onsite
• All telephone enquiries and take messages
• Attending to customer quotes
• Build strong relationships with sales professionals and clients
• Edit, format, laminate and bind Clean IQ information
• All ad hoc administration
• Records management

You will have strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a straight forward manner. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate a Can-Do Attitude and will have strong attention to detail.
